What is a refund?
When a learner is unable to access the course due to technical issues in the app/website , or doesn’t receive resources as promised in the course or mistakenly purchased a course instead of another course of Metafinas, the user can request for a refund which shall then go through the verification process
রিফান্ড (ফেরত) কি?
যখন একজন শিক্ষার্থী অ্যাপ/ওয়েবসাইটে প্রযুক্তিগত সমস্যার কারণে কোর্সে প্রবেশ করতে সক্ষম হন না, বা কোর্সে প্রতিশ্রুত রিসোর্সসমূহ পান না, অথবা ভুলক্রমে একটি কোর্স কিনে ফেলেন এবং আরেকটি কোর্স কিনতে চান মেটাফিনাস থেকে, তখন ব্যবহারকারী একটি রিফান্ডের জন্য আবেদন করতে পারেন, যা পরবর্তীতে যাচাই প্রক্রিয়ার মধ্য দিয়ে যাবে।
How to request a refund?
If you have paid for an individual course or a bundle course, you can request a refund within the course durations. The refund will be made as per below schedules (Insha’Allah):
- 100% refund will be given if a refund is requested from the date of payment before the start of the orientation class of that course.
- 75% will be refunded if refund request is applied within 15 days from the start of the orientation class of that course.
- 50% will be refunded if refund request is applied between 16 to 30 days from the start of the orientation class of that course.
- 25% will be refunded if refund request is applied between 31 to 45 days from the start of the orientation class of that course.
- 10% will be refunded if refund request is applied between 46 to 75 days from the start of the orientation class of that course.
- 05% will be refunded if refund request is applied after 75 days from the start of the orientation class of that course.
To request a refund, follow the below steps:
- Call +881719855881 (08 AM – 06 PM) and state the email address/phone number you have used to sign up and purchase the course.
- A customer support representative shall SMS a form to officially submit the refund request where you will be asked to submit details regarding the purchase.
Refund requests are only considered valid if contacted and informed via calling +8801719855881 .
N.B. Refunds do not apply after completion of the course.
Refund shall be made to the medium through which a customer has made the payment or in the form of voucher within 1-3 working days of successful processing and approval of the refund request by Metafinas. This confirmation will be emailed to the user.
কিভাবে রিফান্ড (ফেরত) আবেদন করবেন?
- যদি আপনি একটি একক কোর্স বা বান্ডেল কোর্সের জন্য পেমেন্ট করে থাকেন, তবে আপনি কোর্সের মেয়াদ অনুযায়ী রিফান্ডের জন্য আবেদন করতে পারেন। রিফান্ড নিম্নলিখিত শিডিউল অনুযায়ী প্রদান করা হবে (ইনশাআল্লাহ):
- যদি পেমেন্টের তারিখ থেকে কোর্সের ওরিয়েন্টেশন ক্লাস শুরুর আগে রিফান্ডের আবেদন করা হয়, তবে ১০০% রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে।
- যদি কোর্সের ওরিয়েন্টেশন ক্লাস শুরু হওয়া থেকে ১৫ দিনের মধ্যে রিফান্ডের আবেদন করা হয়, তবে ৭৫% রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে।
- যদি কোর্সের ওরিয়েন্টেশন ক্লাস শুরু হওয়ার পরে ১৬ থেকে ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে রিফান্ডের আবেদন করা হয়, তবে ৫০% রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে।
- যদি কোর্সের ওরিয়েন্টেশন ক্লাস শুরু হওয়ার পরে ৩১ থেকে ৪৫ দিনের মধ্যে রিফান্ডের আবেদন করা হয়, তবে ২৫% রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে।
- যদি কোর্সের ওরিয়েন্টেশন ক্লাস শুরু হওয়ার পরে ৪৬ থেকে ৭৫ দিনের মধ্যে রিফান্ডের আবেদন করা হয়, তবে ১০% রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে।
- যদি কোর্সের ওরিয়েন্টেশন ক্লাস শুরু হওয়ার ৭৫ দিনের পরে রিফান্ডের আবেদন করা হয়, তবে ৫% রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে।
রিফান্ডের জন্য আবেদন করতে, নিচের পদক্ষেপগুলো অনুসরণ করুন:
- +৮৮০১৭১৯-৮৫৫৮৮১ নম্বরে ফোন করুন (সকাল ৮টা – সন্ধ্যা ৬টা) এবং আপনার কোর্স কেনার জন্য ব্যবহার করা ইমেইল, ঠিকানা/ফোন নম্বর জানিয়ে দিন।
- একটি কাস্টমার সাপোর্ট প্রতিনিধি আপনাকে একটি ফর্ম এসএমএস করবে, যেখানে আপনি আপনার কোর্স ক্রয় সংক্রান্ত বিস্তারিত তথ্য প্রদান করতে পারবেন।
রিফান্ডের আবেদন কেবল তখনই বৈধ বিবেচিত হবে যদি +৮৮০১৭১৯৮৫৫৮৮১ নম্বর থেকে কল করে।
নোট: কোর্স সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
মেটাফিনাস থেকে রিফান্ড সফলভাবে প্রক্রিয়া এবং অনুমোদিত হওয়ার পর, এটি সেই মাধ্যমে অথবা ভাউচার আকারে গ্রাহকের কাছে ১-৩ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে প্রদান করা হবে যার মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট করা হয়েছিল। এই নিশ্চিতকরণ ইমেইলের মাধ্যমে ব্যবহারকারীকে জানানো হবে।
When you request a refund, what happens?
Once a refund request has been submitted, your enrolled course will be temporarily locked. Metafinas shall notify you through SMS if the refund request has been accepted within 3 working days of receiving the request. After a refund request has been accepted, you’ll be unenrolled from the course and your progress will be removed. If you wish to purchase the course again, you will have to start the course from the very beginning.
How will the user be notified that their request has been received? Will they receive a support ticket ID for them to follow up with?
It can take up to 1-3 working days for funds to return to your account after a requested refund. The refund will be provided using the same payment channel that the customer has paid or a user’s own bank account. If it has been longer than 3 working days, please call +8801719855881 (08AM – 06 PM).
Once the refund has been done, you will receive a confirmation email/ SMS to your registered e-mail/phone number.
Metafinas has full authority to change the Refund T&C from time to time and case by case scenario
আপনি যখন রিফান্ড (ফেরত) আবেদন করেন, তখন কী হয়?
একটি রিফান্ড আবেদন জমা দেওয়ার পর, আপনার নিবন্ধিত কোর্সটি সাময়িকভাবে লক হয়ে যাবে। মেটাফিনাস আপনাকে এসএমএসের মাধ্যমে জানিয়ে দিবে যদি রিফান্ডের আবেদন ৩ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে গ্রহণ করা হয়। একবার রিফান্ড আবেদন গ্রহণ হলে, আপনি কোর্স থেকে আনইনরোল হয়ে যাবেন এবং আপনার প্রগ্রেস মুছে ফেলা হবে। যদি আপনি আবার কোর্সটি কিনতে চান, তবে আপনাকে কোর্সটি পুরোপুরি নতুন করে শুরু করতে হবে।
কিভাবে ব্যবহারকারীকে জানানো হবে যে তাদের অনুরোধ গৃহীত হয়েছে? তারা কি তাদের অনুসরণ করার জন্য একটি সমর্থন টিকিট আইডি পাবে?
রিফান্ডের পরিমাণ আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টে ফেরত আসতে ১-৩ কর্মদিবস পর্যন্ত সময় লাগতে পারে। রিফান্ড সেই মাধ্যমে প্রদান করা হবে যার মাধ্যমে গ্রাহক পেমেন্ট করেছেন, অথবা গ্রাহকের নিজের ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্টে। যদি ৩ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড না আসে, তাহলে +৮৮০১৭১৯৮৫৫৮৮১ নম্বরে কল করুন (সকাল ৮টা – সন্ধ্যা ৬টা)।
রিফান্ড সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর, আপনি আপনার নিবন্ধিত ইমেইল/ফোন নম্বরে একটি নিশ্চিতকরণ ইমেইল অথবা এসএমএস পাবেন।
মেটাফিনাসের পূর্ণ অধিকার রয়েছে যে তারা রিফান্ড নীতি এবং শর্তাবলীর পরিবর্তন ঘটাতে পারে, পরিস্থিতি অনুযায়ী এবং প্রতিটি ক্ষেত্রে ভিন্নভাবে।
